Local Conformity Guide
New air quality conformity requirements govern how transportation plans and projects will be developed in the Thurston region. This report provides local transportation agencies with guidance about what the new requirements mean for project delivery, a map of the affected area, a list of state and federal project exemptions, and the regional conformity status of projects included in years 2003 and 2004 of the Regional Transportation improvement Program. This guidance will be updated as necessary to respond to emerging questions and issues.
