State Agency Programs

The Washington State Department of Transportation working with the Interagency Task Force has developed guidelines for state agency CTR programs. For more details, go to www.ctr.wa.gov.

• STAR Pass: A fare-free bus pass for state employees working in Thurston County
• SAFE Ride: Program available to state employees in Thurston, Pierce, King and Spokane counties.
• Subsidies and Incentives: Some agencies provide subsidies or incentives to employees who use alternate commute modes.  Please review guidelines at www.ctr.wa.gov/employers/guide.htm.
