Building Input Files for the Hydrological Simulation Program – FORTRAN (HSPF) Model

June 2003

This report documents the process of determining the relationship of satellite-derived land cover to effective impervious area. In addition, the process of creating output files for the HSPF model, including categorizing the soils coverage, grouping the elevation data, and combining these data sets with sub-basin boundaries will be documented.
