FORECASTING MODEL IMPLEMENTATION IN EMME/2

The purpose of this technical document is to guide interested readers to understand the 1998 Thurston Region (TRPC) Multimodal Travel Demand Forecasting model in terms of its structure, data variables, input and output, coefficients, and applied mathematical functions. On one hand, this document briefly summarizes the technical specifications in EMME/2 model applications; on the other hand, it helps technical readers to follow the sequence of the EMME/2 macros, which run full-blown model applications. Therefore, this document is organized in the sequence of 1998 TRPC EMME/2 macro applications. Technical specifications also cover the model limitations and future enhancements.
