Local Food Systems Panel

Panel Role

Identify issues related to local food production for the Sustainable Thurston Task Force.

Panel Progress:

The Local Food Systems Panel is working to articulate issues and opportunities related to food production within the Thurston region.  The reasearch and information gathered has been compiled in a white paper intended to inform the process and to serve as a starting point for the public conversation set to begin in early 2012.  The draft white paper was presented to the Sustainable Thurston Task Force on Monday, January 23rd, 2012.
