Staff will present an update on the Martin Way Corridor Study, a joint planning project between Thurston Regional Planning Council, Thurston County, City of Olympia, City of Lacey, and Intercity Transit. The study has examined options for redevelopment, land use standards and transportation facilities along the corridor, and identifies a preferred alternative that would significantly improve safety and mobility for all users of the corridor while supporting increased vibrancy and accommodating growth in line with regional goals.

TRPC's new Call for Projects Process is likely to result in applicants submitting grant proposals that seek the maximum number of points. The TPB will deliberate on tie breaking processes to select projects as part of its overall funding recommendation to the Council.
