NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
Emergency Detour Routes
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) is seeking a qualified consultant to identify operational improvements to the emergency detour routes network in Thurston County, WA.
TRPC is leading this project in partnership with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and Thurston County, each of whom operate and maintain right-of-way on the detour routes network. Portions of the detour routes network also pass through the cities of Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm, and Tenino.
TRPC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
