Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Is TRPC expecting any of the Optional Tasks (listed on RFP page 6) identified as additional elements in the proposal be considered within the $100,000 budget?

A1: No. Including Optional Tasks within the $100,000 budget is not expected. However, if a firm believes it can complete all Essential Tasks and one or more Optional Tasks within that budget, that would be viewed favorably. If Optional Tasks are proposed, please include a cost estimate for each.

Q2: What level of detail is TRPC expecting in the budget response?

A2: A lump sum by task is sufficient. Please also include which project team members will be involved in each task.
