ExplanationOf the school districts in Thurston County, North Thurston was the most diverse during the 2018-2019 school year. Only 50% of students identified themselves as white. The Rochester School District had the second highest proportion of minority students.

The Tenino School District was the most homogeneous district, with roughly 87% of its students being white.
