According to the Washington Center for Real Estate Reasearch, the 2024 median home sale price in Thurston County was $518,400, which is a 2.3% increase from 2023. Thurston County's median home sale price was higher than all its neighboring counties except Pierce County. While the median home sale price in Pierce County was only 6% higher than Thurston County, it was almost double in King County.
Data from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service show that three-bedroom homes accounted for 57% of the total home sales in Thurston County 2024, with a median price of $490,000. Four-bedroom homes accounted for 25% of home sales, with a median sale price of $585,000. In 2024, homes were on the market an average of 33 days.
