Agency Work Program

Thurston Regional Planning Council develops an annual work program outlining planned activities and funding. This work program outlines agency projects, programs, and funding sources.

Member Assessments

Jurisdictions and organizations who chose to be a member of the council are assessed based on a per capita formula. This formula is defined in the council’s by-laws (PDF).

Core Transportation Federal and State Funding

Information on our core transportation work program can be found in the Unified Planning Work Program.

Other State Grants or Funding

Thurston Regional Planning Council also receives other state grants or funding to manage other work programs or projects, including Rural & Tribal Transportation and the region’s Commute Trip Reduction Program.

Contract Services

As a separate function, Thurston Regional Planning Council also provides various contract services to local jurisdictions including planning, data analysis, and mapping.
