Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) Basic Training

Basic Training helps ETCs prepare for their new roles and responsibilities. ETCs must attend Basic Training within 1 year of being assigned.
After Basic Training you will have an understanding of:

  • The Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) Program and CTR  Law
  • Why CTR is needed and the benefits it provides
  • How to become a successful ETC
  • ETC/worksite requirements
  • Enlisting management support

"Veteran” ETCs are welcome to attend for a refresher, whenever the training is offered. 

Basic Training is generally held twice a year, in the Spring and Fall, with a third training occasionally offered on an as needed basis.
